description of role
What is required of the volunteer:
-
You will help us to keep the centre clean and tidy, hoovering, wiping down surfaces, emptying bins and cleaning the toilets.
-
If you spot anything that needs replacing (eg cleaning supplies) or fixing, we will rely on you to notify us.
-
It would be great if you could also help us with some simple admin tasks, such as opening the mail, paying in cheques, completing simple health & safety checks.
What will the volunteer gain in return?
-
You will be part of a dedicated, fun, team, making a difference to the lives of our young people.
-
You will have an induction to The King’s Arms family and reviews with Will (Office Manager), to make sure you are happy and that the role is right for you. We want our volunteers to be happy and feel valued.
